VISITORS BOOK - 2009

Gorgeous sunset over the bay

The 2009 season, our third since welcoming our first guests in February 2007, is now over and it continues to be as much fun as it was three years ago.

In those three years we have welcomed over 1,000 guests, from 40 countries and all seven continents, into our home.

A slight cheat on the continents as we do count one guest who had just returned from working in Antartica when he stayed with us in 2008! This year though we did achieve the matching set - sort of - when we entertained Norm & Ali from North Pole. Not THE North Pole of course but North Pole, Alaska!

It is great to meet people from all over the world although it means our own travelling list gets a little longer every time we hear of another interesting place on the globe from one of our guests.

So again many thanks to all of you who came to stay and enjoyed your visit and, for those of you thinking of visiting Skye in 2010 we hope you will consider staying with us at Ardtreck Cottage and, to help you decide, here are a few comments from our 2009 Visitors Book.
