BREAKFAST AND EVENING MEALS

Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 8.45am. If you would like an earlier breakfast then please let us know the day before. Guests are asked to vacate their rooms for the day by 10.00am.
The breakfast menu includes a choice from the following:
Fruit Juices; a selection of cereals, oatmeal porridge, home made yoghurt, grapefruit segments and fruit compote; a full cooked breakfast, including eggs (scrambled, poached, fried or boiled) from free range hens, bacon, sausages, Stornoway black pudding, mushrooms and beans; toast, made with fresh home-made bread, with jam, home-made marmalade, and honey.
To avoid waste, and to ensure your cooked breakfast is freshly served at the time you require, guests are asked to make their selection from our breakfast menu on the previous evening.
Evening meals can also be provided at the Cottage. Many guests prefer to have an evening meal on their first night with us especially if they have had a long drive.
If you would like to take the option of evening meals at the Cottage then let us know when you make the booking or no later than one week before your arrival date.
Evening meals are served at 7.00PM only.
All courses are home made with fresh ingredients, wherever possible locally sourced, if not from our own garden then from local suppliers. Menus will vary according to season and the availability of ingredients. Meals may include, locally caught, fresh fish and shellfish, from time to time, but we cannot guarantee they will be available during your stay. Fresh, locally farmed oysters, from Skye-Oysters on Loch Harport, are always available as the oyster farm is run by one of our near neighbours! We can also provide vegetarian and vegan meals if required.
