BREAKFAST AND EVENING MEALS

Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 8.45am. If you would like an earlier breakfast then please let us know the day before. Guests are asked to vacate their rooms for the day by 10.00am.
The breakfast menu includes a choice from the following:
Fruit Juices;
a selection of cereals, oatmeal porridge, yoghurts, and fruit compote;
a full cooked breakfast, including eggs (scrambled, poached, fried or boiled) from free range hens, bacon, sausages, Stornoway black pudding, mushrooms and beans;
toast, made with fresh home-made bread, with jam, home-made marmalade, and honey.
Guests are asked to make their breakfast selection on the previous evening.
Evening meals can also be provided, by prior arrangement, and we ask guests to let us know whether they may require evening meals when they make a booking. We are happy to provide meals at shorter notice as long as you can give us at least one weeks notice before your arrival date.
We serve evening meals at 7.00PM only.
All courses are home made with fresh ingredients, wherever possible locally sourced, if not from our own garden then from local suppliers. Menus will vary according to season and the availability of ingredients. Meals may include, locally caught, fresh fish and shellfish, from time to time, but we cannot guarantee they will be available during your stay. Fresh, locally farmed oysters, from Skye-Oysters on Loch Harport, are always available as the oyster farm is run by one of our near neighbours! We can also provide vegetarian and vegan meals.
